To assure timely service to all our clients, we ask you to kindly check in 5 minutes prior to start of any appointment. If you are late, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten your service or reschedule.

• A 24-hour cancellation is required for all Spa packages to avoid a service fee.
  
  
• Children under the age of 15 are not allowed in the spa area unless they are receiving a service.
  
  
• We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing if a client refuses to remove clothing during a service. Gratuity is not included in any service, spa packages or gift card purchase.
