Summer Seasonal Pedicure

Our newest seasonal pedicure is here! The “Footloose and Fancy Free” pedicure is just what your feet need to get them ready for sandal season. It starts with a foot soak containing spearmint and rosemary oil, followed by the scrub featuring Dead Sea salt and vitamin E. The mask contains ground pumice and Canadian Moor Mud, and a rich moisturizer containing Shea butter will leave feet feeling soft and smooth. This pedicure improves circulation to the feet in addition to exfoliating and nourishing the skin. Finish with your favorite OPI or Essie polish!

Eyebrow threading now available at Zazú

Zazú now offers eyebrow threading at its Hinsdale and Naperville locations. Threading is an ancient Eastern method of removing hair that uses no wax, chemicals, or invasive techniques. Benefits of threading include the ability to remove very short hairs, it is acne-safe, and causes minimal redness so it’s great for sensitive skin. Threading is available on Wednesdays in Naperville and Fridays and Saturdays at our Hinsdale location.

Zazú Tip of the Month - July

Now that summer has finally arrived, don't forget to protect your skin against the sun’s damaging rays. Sun damage is the leading cause of aging to the skin. In fact, much of our sun damage occurs before 18 years of age. That means that young and old alike should be taking precautions against the sun. SPF 15 at a minimum can help protect from the sun’s harmful rays. It should always be applied 20-30 minutes prior to sun exposure and worn all year round. What can be done about damage already acquired? Antioxidant skin preparations, including Vitamins A and C have been proven to help your skin to repair itself. Ask a Zazú Esthetician about our Rejuvi antioxidant-containing skin care products, and our new Thalgo sun protection products for the face, with SPF 25 and 50.

Zazú's Sunless Tanning Do you want perfectly sun-kissed skin without the harmful side effects that come along with it? Well, now you can with the help of Zazú Salon and Day Spa’s Sunless Tanner Application. Our Estheticians will exfoliate, hydrate, and apply our own self-tanning lotion over your face and body. The color will develop in two to three hours after the completion of the application. The end result will leave your skin approximately one shade darker than your natural skin color, and will last about four to five days. Call your nearest Zazú location to book your appointment and learn that tanning does not have to be harmful.
