Clients of Zazú must be at least 16 years of age for the use of the spa treatments. Hair services and nail services are available for clients under 16 when accompanied by an adult.

For the courtesy of our clients, we kindly request that cellular devices are turned off prior to entering the spa or nail area.

All service prices are subject to change without notification. Our Desk Coordinators will assist you with any pricing inquiries you may have at the time of your reservation.

For the safety and comfort of all our clients and employees, only the person receiving the service is allowed beyond the waiting area.

Reservations
We encourage our clients to schedule their appointments five to seven days in advance to ensure your preferred service, technician, and time are available. Appointments made the day of the service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability. All spa and nail appointments must be secured with a VISA or MasterCard and telephone number. To schedule appointments, please contact our Desk Coordinators at the location you wish to visit.

Cancellation Policy
Because your services are reserved for you, we request that you provide a 24-hour notice to change and/or cancel your appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of your spa and/or nail service. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the service, so as not to inconvenience other clients. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of their scheduled appointments.

Color Service Attire
Prior to the start of your color service, we ask that you change into the provided color smock and remove any clothing you wish to protect. We are not responsible for damage to clothing if you choose to not remove your shirt and wear the provided smock.

Spa Treatment Attire
You will be given the opportunity to disrobe and cover yourself in privacy throughout your services, your body will be draped with linens for modesty and at no time will you be fully exposed.

Groups and Weddings
Spend an afternoon or a whole day with friends at Zazú. We are happy to accommodate groups of any size. Please ask for our group and wedding coordinator to assist you in planning your event.

Complimentary Services
We offer complimentary consultations, bang trims, and neck cleanups to all of our clients. Please check with one of our Desk Coordinators at the completion of your service for a complimentary makeup touch-up, based upon availability. Complimentary makeup touch-ups are not available with Special Occasion Styles and may not be scheduled in advance.

Gratuities
Gratuities should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services and your personal technician; therefore all gratuities are left solely at your discretion.

Gift Certificates
Zazú gift cards are perfect for any occasion and are available for individual services, spa packages, or any denomination. For your added convenience, gift cards may be purchased over the phone or from our online web store.
